THE LIVING WORDS OF CHRIST, THE PSALMS OF MY LIFE

GOD'S LIVING WORD FOR TODAY

Ephesians 6:10-17 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his
mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand
against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood,
but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark
world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Therefore put on the full
armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and
after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of
truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place,
and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.
In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can
extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of
the Spirit, which is the word of God.

PSALMS OF JOY CHAPTER 95

1.  Lord,  I'm undone at the eternal and perpetual thought of the endless trial and tribulation of man.  All of his wisdom and power is vanity.  It has not delivered him from himself.  That man who is empty and lost and dying.

2.  You wait, how do you wait out the eons of time...Your interceding heart before the Father of Lights?  What love has come?  What mercy and grace has come?

( An unknown author once wrote...." MERCY"  Shakespeare was wrong.  Mercy doesn't fall to earth like a gentle rain.

Mercy splattered across the world as Christ Jesus was flogged, it rang as nails pounded into Your hands and feet.  Mercy rasped with forgiveness as You  "The Word"  spoke from the cross, and it tore from heaven, through the veil to the temple's Holy of Hollies.  By Your mercy, we are redeemed and God has gathered us back to His bosom."   quote. )

3.  Now are You the  "Risen Christ"....the  "Reigning Christ"....
"King of Kings and Lord of Lords."  Let all the earth tremble at
the sound of Your Name.  Let my own heart tremble at Your holiness, your majesty, your mercy and grace.
